This is for all of my sweet friend that so lovingly told me that I should not stop..
Enjoy.....
Mike and I just took the boys down to St. George Utah for 5 days. We try to go there each year for a Vacation. My parents own a Condo down there so its almost free for us to go. Plus the Boys LOVE it.
It was a very much needed get away.
The first day we just swam, relaxed, and got settled in. But the relaxing(sitting on our bottoms) was short lived. We have never played this hard before. We love that Jackson and Coops are getting bigger.
We took them to Snow Canyon, and went through a smaller canyon called "Jenny's Canyon" Sometimes you can find Tortoises there, but we didn't see any.
(Jacks was a little sad about that.) The Canyon was so pretty, and fun to walk through.
And then we went and climbed through the Lava caves. We took them to a Museum with lots of Animals and Bugs, we climbed the Red rocks,(We actually took the Boys on their first real rock climb, they did so great.) we swam a million times at the pool, and went to the Lake and swam some more.
It was so good to get away from life for a few days and just play. I am sad the Summer is almost over. But it has been a good one..

These are some of the Lava caves you can crawl through. You can't see the opening here. Its a tight fit, but this one is a very awesome one to climb around in. Mike and Cooper went down to explore, Jackson was a little nervous about the whole thing, so we stayed up on top and explored...

I think one of the best things to do is jumping into a very cold pool on a very Hot day...

Right above where we stay, there are some really great climbing rocks. Its so much fun for the boys because its all very easy climbs, and they feel like they are the Best climbers ever... I love their little ego's!!

After playing in the very Hot sun, we stopped and got lunch at Ice Burg. We made sure we filled up on Ice Cream.

The boys were in Heaven seeing all of these really really BIG bugs...

Sand Hollow Reservoir. We Love this lake. We try to go here every time we are in St. George. The boys love to dig in the sand. Plus the lake is warm, and shallow.

Glad you're back!! I love reading your blog! Great pics. Hope we get to do some of that really fun stuff down there when we go. Usually we just sit around the in-laws, and maybe go for a walk.
Thank you Katie! Loved reading about your vacation!
Glad you re-considered! I love reading about all your fun adventures, I was definitely sad when you said you were done. Looks like a fun trip!
