Christmas is so much fun! There are so many fun things during this Time of year..( I think I said that in my last post..)
To Kick off the Christmas break the Boy's school had a sing along with the parents. Jackson and Cooper did so good. Jackson isn't too into singing in front of people, he actually hates it... But he was so brave and sang both songs!!
Cooper on the other hand is my performer!! He loves to sing and dance. He did so great up there!!
Fun side note..
My sister Reese made my boys blankets for an early Christmas presents... This is Coopers Thank you card to her...
Some of our favorite things about Christmas...

# 2: A Nativity set That Grandma Spendlove gave to us.
# 3: Our very Humble Stockings..
# 4: We Love Love Love our tree. Its shorter then Mike and I and covered with all kinds of mismatched ornaments.. From the boys old school projects to home made ones, to ribbons people gave us that we couldn't throw away....Its is my very favorite

# 6: Christmas Goodies in all forms!!
# 7: One year I found a bunch of Christmas Books at the DI.. I bought them and put them under the tree. We try and read one each night to the boys through out the season.
and # 8: I think alot of people do this, but each year we pick out a new ornament for out tree. The boys Loved this Dog one..Mike and I just laughed.. it matched perfect with our mismatched tree..
Other Favorite things are:
Each year we go to Caputo's and get some really amazing cheeses and sausages and breads and all kinds of goodness for our Christmas Eve Feast.
This year we let the boys pick out two things. They were so excited to be apart of the food action!
Chritmas Eve: What a fun night! We play and eat all night long! Mike and I started cooking and baking around 2 pm and finished up around 8 pm. The Boys helped on and off, and certainly helped with making sure things were eaten. Mostly they played with their remote control cars they got from my Mom..

The boys did so great helping with the Ham.
You can't have Christmas with out new Jammies....Jackson and Cooper were so excited about their New Angry Bird Jammies.. And I was so excited about getting a gazillion pictures of them in their Jams..
Before the games we Feasted! We had such a yummy spread!
We ate little smokies, and pretzels and chocolate dip, popcorn and carmel dip, Fudge, Cheese, and crackers, and veggies, and Ham....
Home made Egg Nog.. It was sooooo sooooo sooooo good! My stomach hurt when we were done!
After the food we played games/ We played "Stack the Snowman.." You try and get 5 dice to stay on your fore head for 3 seconds.. So funny!
We played "Let it snow" You have one minute to see if you can empty a tissue box one tissue at a time!! Both boys beat the clock! We tucked our dog in with all of the remains!!
Other games we played were "Don't eat Santa", and Jenga.. We had such a good time!

Jackson was so excited for Christmas. He woke up so early and got dress! Cooper also woke up, but wasn't about to get out of his jams..
Before we opened our presents we took a few minutes to talk about why we really celebrate Christmas. We read some scriptures and talked about hows gifts are so much fun, and also helped them to remember our Savior. I love this part. Its probably my favorite part about Christmas!!
The Boys get a gift for each other each year.. They were very eager to open them..
