our last few days of summer 2013.

I am so sad the summer is coming to an end, it has been a really good one.
For the last week of summer so far, we have just played. Jobs done in the morning, playing in the afternoon.

These two pictures are of mine and Jacksons date. We went and got a soda, and went from shop to shop window shopping. This little guy makes me laugh. He refused to hold my hand, or stand too close to his nerdy mom. I just had to laugh at it. I never thought we would hit this stage.

We found a shop called Vintage on Main. so cute. Jackson was not a huge fan, but he was a great sport about letting his Mother take a few mins to look around.

Behind Jacks is a huge England chair (that is what we called it)

Jackson was rolled his eyes so hard while taking this picture. I just love this boy of mine!

There are a few days on here... This day we went to the Hallow and had a picnic and threw things in the lake.. Jackson and Cooper were really excited about the throwing things in the lake part. :)

My very darling boy on the hike down.

And my other very darling boy...

And their Mama..(jackson didnt roll his eyes so much while taking this picture!)

We sat and ate first and then these two started looking around for cool sticks and rocks they could throw into the water..

There were these tiny fish that would scatter every time anything fell in the water. The boys would find things that were little and throw them in just to see if the fish would eat it or run away. (warning, this next part is a little yucky, but so funny and sooooooo boy!) While we were sitting there watching the fish , we were also making each other laugh. Cooper let out a laugh through his nose and a huge bogie flew out. Cooper immediately picked it up and threw it into the water to see if the fish would eat it. To our surprise they tried it, and then spit it right back out again.  We were laughing so hard. so yucky, and so funny!

Love days like these....

This was the next day... we kept it simple. We went to the park and played.. So fun and easy. I like it because I can just follow them where ever they want to go...

Jackson loves this climbing wall.. He is a pro at it!

Such a man!

We took a few mins to sit under a tree and look up at the sky. I took a few pictures cuz I thought it was pretty.....

And then Cooper got board, and wanted to do something else.. I knew that sitting under a tree with little boys would only last for a minute.. But it was a great minute...

Instead of sitting they wanted to climb. I stood back to see if they could do it on their own. They tried really really hard, but didn't make it too far...

I took a picture first, and then helped them into the tree..

And we found a golf ball stuck in the tree...

Jackson found a bug....

There is also a pine tree there that they call their hut.. Its actually a pretty good hut. They can stand up and everything...

Cooper took this picture.. I LOVE this picture... Its so Cooper.. He is the cutest!

These pictures were the next day... We went down to Liberty Park. It was an awesome day to go because everyone down in salt lake valley is back in school..which meant that liberty park was empty..sweet! We played here for a while and then headed over to Memory Grove...

Where we got back in to the water and played more...

This summer has really been such a great one... I am excited for a new school year, and i know the boys will love it. Its just hard to let go a of a great thing... We have a few more days to play it up.. I am not sure what we will do...
