Spring Break 2014 Day 2..

Day Two of our Spring break was so great. We met my Great Friend Nicole, down in Salt Lake for a Salt lake day. We started out at the Church History Museum, Children's area. The kids Loved it.

This is Kesler, Nicole's little handsome babe. I just love this little guy.

I told Jackson if he let me take pictures of him he could have more toppings on his ice cream later. It totally worked, and was happy in Most of the pictures taken..

Kaydence Dancing her heart out..

Marley Jo..

Building things and knocking them down is always a huge hit. I don't know what it is about knocking things down that is so satisfying, but what ever it is, I like it..

Note to future Jackson, spider puppets are not scary... But don't give up..:)

Jackson Looks Like a Zombie in this picture, his eyes are a little creepy. But his face is still very cute..

Cooper wanted to chase us with Puppy Puppets, or maybe he was trying to chase Jackson..... honestly I don't remember...He did something with the dog puppets... So cute!

Nicole's Girls are really the sweetest, most darling girls around. I love their little hugs and kisses, and smiles..

Love this little gal...

Nicole and I wanted a picture together, and look who was standing behind us.. We love Nephi, he is a pretty cool guy..

We played at the Childrens center for a while, but Jackson was done, and was such a great sport in letting all of the little ones play longer. It was time to move onto the next place..

We headed over to the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and rode the elevator to the top floor to look out the giant windows to see the city..

The Beautiful Salt Lake Temple..

The kids Loved looking out these windows, they thought it was amazing to see the tops of all of the little buildings...

The kids started to get hungry, we found a great place outside, close to the Fountain and had our lunch.  The kids ran back and forth eating and admiring this amazing fountain.

All of our Beautiful babies....Love them all..

Nicole truly is an amazing friend. Love this Gal forever!

Ok, this is Thee cutest story ever.. When we were done with Lunch we wanted to take the kids to the top of the Church office building, it is very high, and very amazing to see salt lake from that view..
When we got there we were lucky to have this very sweet lady escort us to the top, and be our guide while up on top. Her name is Fern, and she is 98 years old. Jackson is taller then her, and she thought that was pretty great. Then Cooper comes up to her and says " I am 8 and my Brother is 9, so we make 98 just like you" Well she was over the moon about that, and linked arms with these boys of mine and walked them to the elevator.. Best Friends Forever!!

She was my Favorite.. Cooper thought that was pretty awesome to have  a grown up his size!

Look how cute this is... I couldn't get enough of this sweet lady..

She told us every story she knew about the Salt Lake valley.

When we were all done on Top, we thanked Fern for being our guide, and stopped to get a picture with her, and thanked her again and went on our way. She was amazing. I want to go back again just so I can see Fern...

The day was getting late, and the kids wanted ice cream, so we started back towards our cars.
First we had to stop at the fountain to check it out!

When we got to where we were going for Ice cream we had a hard time finding a parking spot, and Nicole had to jet, so we missed out on having Ice Cream with Nicole and her kiddos. The boys and I decided we would go anyway, and plan another time with Nicole. We stopped and got our "Frozen Yogurt" and then headed over to the Planetarium..

This was fun, and I know my boys will always have a great time while there. They just run from one place to the next, always in amazement of what is there. Its pretty fun to watch.

Cooper and I on Mars.. Great place to visit!!

Cloud maker..

And a Tornado maker. A HUGE hit with these two!

And lets not forget the Giant electric ball.. So much fun!!!
When it was time to go home, I had two very tired, but happy boys. They slept great that night, which was a great thing because tomorrow was another big day out!!
