Memorial Day with the Peterson's 2014.

Memorial Day was alot of fun this year! We met up with our good friends the Peterson's at the Roy Aquatic Center first. It was a perfect Day to go swimming, the weather was great! Mike, Travis and the older kids went straight off to play in the water, and on the slides. Nicole, Kesler, and I stayed behind for a bit to soak in the Vitamin D, and to catch up.

I love talking with Nicole, she is such a great person, and an amazing friend. I am so lucky to have her as my friend!

After soaking up the sun for a while we moved over to the Pool. The boys wanted me to go down the water slides. So off we went, Mike, the boys and I to hit the slides.  Trav and his sweet girls went right along with us. It was fun, we had to go a few times because the slides were so much fun!

Love this Gal!

After a bit, the pool started to get super crowded, so we packed it up and headed over to Nicole's Grandparents House for Ice Cream. Yum!!

Nicole's Grandparents have an Ice Cream Parlor in their Basement, we were totally excited to get to experience this.  The coolest place ever!! We jumped right into it. Nicole got everything ready for us. While Nicole was working on Ice Cream, Travis, Mike, Jackson, and Cooper  busted out the Nerf guns, and started shooting each other. So funny until you were the one who got hit. Ouch! those things hurt.

Cute Nicole.

There were so many options of Ice cream and toppings to choose from. I think Jackson put everything on top of his Ice Cream.. But he ate every bite, and loved it!

Now it was Coopers turn to load his ice cream up with stuff!

The Men!

We stuffed our faces full of yummy Ice cream, and when we were done we packed up again and headed over to our House for a little BBQ.

I was excited for these guys to come over to our house. Nicole has been to our new house, but Trav hadn't seen it yet. Plus it was just great to have these guys over again. When we lived in Magna it seemed like we got together all the time. Its hard to live so far apart from each other.

When we got to our House we gave Travis the tour first, then went outside and grabbed chairs and sat in the shade and let our kiddos play.  Mike and Kesler playing basket ball with a tennis racket. Kesler was trying so hard to figure out how Mike was making the ball bounce. He would get upset if Mike stopped. It was cute.

Kesler and Jacks both love the water, and love to get wet. Cute Jackson turned on the hose for Kesler and then stood to be Keslers target. Jacks is such a good sport. I think he made Keslers day.

I tried to get a good picture of these two, but I was afraid of getting wet. I almost did, good thing I noticed that the cute Water Monster turn the hose in my direction in time!

While Jackson and Kesler were playing, Cooper wanted to focus his attention on Travis and on getting him wet. Cooper filled up a bowl of water and put water bombs in it and started to throw them at Trav. He did pretty good, until Trav came after him. This little dude of mine is tough, until you start running after him. He loves to dish it, but doesn't like to take it!  Travis got him pretty good too. It was fun to watch..

Mikes Parents stopped by for a little bit too. It was great to see them. I love that they stop by often, its always great to see them.

Me and Marley..

Mike and Travis getting the food ready..

Jackson trying to run with all of the tubes around him. He did pretty good.

We had such a great day with these guys. I am so glad they came up and spent the day with us. It was great to catch up, and be with some really fantastic friends. We love you guys! Can't wait for the next Hang out....
